Three teenagers from India have won a major environmental award after inventing a special powder made from tamarind seeds that helps remove tiny pieces of plastic from water. The students created the project to help communities clean drinking water more easily and cheaply. Their invention, called \u201cPlas-Stick,\u201d could help reduce pollution and protect the environment in the future. Scientists and environmental groups around the world are praising the teens for their creative idea.<\/p>\n
