Within the framework of the European eTwinning project \u201cSchools without tobacco!\u201d, the philosophy of the participating schools focuses on the prevention of smoking through the cultivation of a healthy, balanced and supportive lifestyle for students. The main pillars of this effort are contact with nature, systematic physical exercise and a healthy diet, elements that contribute substantially to the physical and mental well-being of children.<\/span><\/p>\n

After studying the actions of all schools, their excursions to nature, as well as the \u201cCollaborative Recipe Book\u201d \u2014 in which each school presented its own healthy recipe \u2014 we recorded our comments and impressions about the recipes and activities on the TwinBoard, thus strengthening the dialogue and cooperation between the partners.<\/span><\/p>\n
