It is a <strong>huge circular building<\/strong> about <strong>30 meters tall<\/strong>, which is made of<strong> bricks<\/strong>. Its walls are <strong>6 meters<\/strong> <strong>thick<\/strong>. In the past, it was <strong>a temple<\/strong> in the Roman times and <strong>a mosque<\/strong> in the Ottoman times. Its 21 umbrellas are <strong>13 meters tall<\/strong> and are made of <strong>steel<\/strong>. It has <strong>13 different gardens, a shaded walk<\/strong> and <strong>a lot of sculptures<\/strong>. Local people and tourists enjoy the waterfront for<strong> walking, reading, running <\/strong>and<strong> playing with their children in the playgrounds<\/strong>. Until the 19th century, they were <strong>eight kilometers long<\/strong> surrounding the city.
