There are beautiful beaches, archaeological sites, Byzantine churches, old villages, and cosmopolitan resorts, Rethymno is one of the most beautiful places in Crete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Surroundings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you manage to peel yourself away from the beautiful Rethymno beaches, you should set off to explore the region!
