Marie Curie
Marie Curie was a Polish and naturalized- French chemist who contacted pioneering research on radioctivity. She was the first woman to win the Nobel Prize. She was won the Nobel Prize twice in two different scientific fields.

Hi Catherine, what an important person Marie Curie was. Do you know she was married to Pierre Curie? He was a scientist, too. They had a daughter, Irene. Irene also researched radioactivity and won a Nobel Prize! Amazing, isn’t it? Very nice post.
