Thematic Topic:<\/strong> Healthy nutrition, organic farming and everyday eco-friendly habits<\/p>\n

The third day of the Eco Culture Lab Erasmus+ mobility<\/strong> focused on ecology, sustainable agriculture and healthy lifestyles. Students visited Antonis Tritsis Metropolitan Park<\/strong> in Ilion and participated in an experiential educational programme organized by the environmental organization \u201cCenter of the Earth.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf33 Antonis Tritsis Metropolitan Park<\/h5>\n

The activities took place in Antonis Tritsis Metropolitan Park<\/strong>, one of the largest green areas in the Athens metropolitan region, located in Ilion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The park covers more than 1,000 acres<\/strong> and serves as an important ecological and educational space for the city. It includes:<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf3f natural vegetation and urban biodiversity
\n\ud83d\udca7 artificial lakes that support local ecosystems
\n\ud83d\udeb6 walking paths and outdoor learning spaces
\n\ud83c\udf31 environmental education centres and community gardens<\/p>\n

In recent years, the park has been the focus of environmental restoration and bioclimatic redevelopment projects<\/strong>, aiming to improve water management, enhance biodiversity and create sustainable public green spaces. These initiatives transform the park into an example of how urban areas can integrate nature, sustainability and environmental education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
