Lets hack SEGA PORTABLES!

Game gear:

Get a flashcart that is compatible with the game gear and put your roms. You hacked it. yippee! I guess

Nomad/ Mega jet:

All of them just play sega genesis games, so put an everdrive cart like you would do on a genesis and.. you hacked them. BOTH OF THEM ARE THE SAME THING.

VMU:

Now THAT is what i call shi-

just plug it in your computer and drag n' drop the .VMS files using tools.

These are just memory cards with mini games, so dont excpect it to run doom.

Let’s hack PLAYSTATION PORTABLES!

PlayStation Portable (PSP):

This is one of the easiest consoles EVER to hack.

You will need a PSP Memory Stick.

First:
Make sure your PSP is on firmware 6.60 or 6.61.

Then, Download a custom firmware like ARK-4, Copy the files to your PSP via USB, Run the installer from the Game to the Memory Stick menu and Launch the CFW loader

That’s it.

After that, You can run ISO/CSO games, Emulators, Plugins

NOTE:
Most installs are temporary, meaning that you will have to re-run the launcher after a full shutdown

PlayStation Vita:

This one is EVEN BETTER once hacked.

You need an internet connection for this.

Go to this site on your Vita browser: https://guide.psp2.dev/start/hen

Then, Press “Unlock my Vita”. Install both HENkaku and VitaDeploy

If it crashes, Just retry.

Go to Settings, Open HENkaku settings and enable Unsafe Homebrew (its not, really.)

Open VitaDeploy, choose “Install a different OS” and select "Quick 3.65 install".

Wait and follow on-screen instructions.

When it finishes, your Vita reboots into CFW

THE NEXT STEP IS IMPORTANT.

Without this, you redo the hack every reboot.

Install "Enso", Download and install it, run the app and press install

Now, CFW WILL load automatically every time you restart,

Download "VitaShell" (A CFW file manager) and "Homebrew Browser"

These let you install anything else you want.

Firmware matters A LOT:

3.60 has the BEST compatibility, 3.65 is also great but on higher versions people usually downgrade for better support.

And, you're done!

Lets HACK NINTENDO PORTABLES!

GAMEBOY/ GAMEBOY COLOUR/ GAMEBOY ADVANCE:

Buy a gameboy flashcart to the corresponding gameboy model, then put the operating system for the flashcart on the micro-sd card of the flashcart drop some games in and you're done!

DS/ DS LITE (works with any DS model)

Best way to hack it is with a flashcart called "R4". The best one out of all them is ACE3DS+. Then, download twilight menu++ for the flashcart, then to the corresponding flashcart go to flashcart loaders file and drop the files that are inside a folder that is the name of your flashcart into the root of your sd cart. Autoboot is not required, but only if you wanna boot into it automatically. Drop boot.nds, _nds and _gba into your sd card and put it i n the r4 and youre done!

3DS:

WARNING!! By modding your console, you subject it to the remote (but non-zero) possibility of the console being bricked (rendered non-functional). Incorrect file placement wont brick the console, but purposely skipping instructions might.

  1. Power off your console
  2. Hold the (Select) button
  3. Power on your console while still holding the (Select) button
  4. If you do not see a custom menu (your console just boots to the HOME Menu), you may proceed to the next section.

IF it boots to a custom menu, STOP RIGHT NOW! it already has Custom firmware installed.

To proceed, go to this website and find the information.

Nintendo switch (2):

WARNING!!

I dont know if this can work on the switch 2, and because of the big modification wall, it might brick it.

Bricking Risks:

We ask that you acknowledge that EVERY time you modify your system, there is always the potential for an UNRECOVERABLE brick. A brick is a damaged device that can no longer function; in other words, something that becomes "as useful as a brick".

Bricks are rare on the Nintendo Switch, but still a possibility — so make sure you read the directions CAREFULLY before performing them, and follow them EXACTLY.

Keep your device plugged in and charged throughout the entire process to avoid data loss or damage from an unexpected power-off.

Because you have to type out your model, you can find the link to that here!
