A city in Australia – Sydney

The Location: Sydney is situeted in New South Wales, a state of Australia. It is busy city where 5,5 bilions people live.The city is built next to ocean. It has got many skyscrapers and very beautifull buildings, bridges and parks. It is the most pupoular  city of Australia.

The surroundings: West of the city are The Blue Mountains , south of it The Royal National Park and north of it the Hawkesbury River. The  climate is tropical.  The summer is hot and  the winter is cold.

The city: The first people to inhabit the area now known as Sydney were from southeast Asia.This hapened around 30,700 years ago.Today the city  has a beautiful opera  building overlooking the sea. Opera House was opened in 1973 by Her Majesty. The Royal Botanic Garden is the most important green space in the Sydney region.

I like Sydney because my cusins lives there!
