Hercules and the Snakes
Hercules was born in Thiva.His father was Amphitryon and his mother was Alcmene.But according to the myth,his real father was Zeus.This made the goddess Hera very angry and she decided to kill Hercules.
One night she sent two large snakes to his baby cot to choke him.While Hercules was sleeping,the two snakes came near him.Suddenly,he woke up,grabbed the snakes and killed them.
Then everybody thought that the baby Hercules had a divine power!!!!!

Hi Eleftheria, another post about Hercules! Of course, he is one of the most famous heroes of Greek mythology. Excellent idea to write about the origins of this great hero. Well done for your post!
