How can we reduce the carbon footprint of our school transportation?

We can travel to school many people together in the same car.
So, you are saying that we should find a way to increase the number of people, students and teachers, in each car. I totally agree. Can someone suggest how we can do that?
I agree with that. Another idea is to take the bus more often. For example, instead of each parent taking their cars, they can sign their kids up to take the school bus.
That’s really helpful in our case, especially for pupils living in distant neighbourhoods. We could also urge teachers to take the school bus.
Another suggestion would be to organise school trips to spread knowledge about our school transportation
We definitely need to spread the word and talk people into more sustainable transportation choices
I agree with George and Christine.I also think that pupils who live in close neighbourhoods to school should ride a bike or walk on foot instead of taking their car.

Another suggestion is all the students to ride electric or solar-powered buses for transportation to school.I also think that the use of educational campaingns in TV or internet could encourage more families to keep the roads clean or use carpooling.

As George, Christine and Vaggelis said, I agree to not taking a car when we want to go to a very *close-distanced place. For example, I walk by feet in my English lessons, because it’s like, 500 meters from my house.

So, we should persuade people to walk to and from school when they live close to school. What about organising pupils into groups walking to school in the company of an adult?
