 The people that speak English all over the world are approximately 1.800.000.000.

2. How many words does the English language have?

The English language had about 1 million words according to a calculation that took place in January 2014. It is said that every 98 minutes a new word is born.

3. Is there only one English language?

There isn't only one English language. There are also American English, Australian English, Scottish and Welsh.

4. Why do so many people around the world speak it?

The reason why so many people around the world speak English is because theEnglish language has become an inernational lingua franca. This means that English is used for communication between people who speak different languages.

5. Why are you learning English?

I'm learning English because I want to be able to communicate with people from around the world. In addition, I believe it will help me find a job when I grow up.

1)How many people speak English?

-Out of the world 7.5billion inhabitans, 1.5 billion speak English that's 20% of the earth's population.However,most of those people aren't native English speakers. About 360million people speak English as their first language.In addition to  being widely spoken,English is by  far the most commonly  studied foreing language in the world, followed by French at a distant second.

2)How many words does the English language have?

-There is no single sensible answer to this question.It's possible to count the number  of words in a lanquage,because its so hard to decide what actually counts as a word.
