Christmas is almost here! So, this month we will combine this celebration with shapes!

Learning objectives

to create the drawing of a Christmas tree using triangles, circles, stars and rectangles

to learn four more shapes (square, diamond, heart, oval) through card games and more

to show all the shapes with our hands

to learn vocabulary related to Christmas such as reindeer, Santa, etc.

to sing a new routine Christmas song for the beginning of each lesson

After singing songs and learning relevant words, we played with the Mystery Box:

One player hides a Christmas item in the box and asks: "What's in the box?". The other player touches the item without looking and says... "It's a ... (snowman/star, etc.)"!!!
