WHY CAN’T I SLEEP?!?

Hi Lia!

These days im really stressed about school and other personal problems. This is a really bad thing for me because now i can't sleep well! 🙁 I usually wake up at 3 or 4 AM and then i try to sleep but nothing! The next day im really weak and tired..What can I do!?!? Any tips or ideas??

First of all sleeping is one of the most important things in our lives.

I will give you some tips.

1) DRINK MILK.

Drinking milk before sleeping is a good way to fall asleep.

2) READ A BOOK

Reading a book makes us usually sleepy.

3) STAY AWAY FROM SCREENS

Try to stay away from screens for one hour before you go to bed because they might affect your nervous system and u will have health problems.

To sum up, you can tell it to your parents because they are older than you and know a lot of things!😀😉
