All people should take initiatives to restore and protect the forests that give us life!
Some forest restoration practices are : to help people understand why recycling is important for the forests, to organise a planting expedition, to talk to people for the importance of stopping illegal logging, overgrazing and wildfires.
Wildfires are one of the biggest dangers for Greek forests. They can start quickly in hot, dry weather and spread fast, especially when people aren’ t careful.

Some people cut down trees in forests without premission, which is called illegal logging
